Maclaren Twin Triumph Stroller Review

Maclaren are one of the biggest and most popular names in single pushchairs, but have only launched a couple into the twin pushchair market. Is this because they feel out of their depth doubling up? I took a look at the Maclaren Twin Triumph to find out.
The thing that impresses straight away is the weight. Weighing in at 10.6kg, this is one of the lightest twin pushchairs on the market, and something that’s definitely going to stay manageable as your children grow.
The seating is relatively simple in the Twin Triumph but still impressive, featuring the independent multi-position seating that is so crucial for twin pushchairs, alongside padded to the seats, and the 5 point harness.
For you pushing the pushchair there’s also a lot going for it. The weight is definitely going to make it easier to push, and the width of only 73.5cm means you’re not going to get stuck on the wrong side of the door.
The wheels of this pushchair may not be big off-road wheels, but they’re as good as any single Maclaren pushchair with the front wheels being swivelled and lockable should you encounter a rather bumpy patch.
Other features of the Maclaren Twin Triumph that are definitely worth of a mention is the compact fold that makes the pushchair easy to pop in and out of the boot, a shopping basket to free the handles from hanging bags and a hood that offers 99% UV protective viewing windows to allow you to shelter your kids whilst also keeping an eye on them.
