The Leebruss TakeOff : The Apprentice Pushchair Everyone’s Talking About

The BBC were very careful to not mention the name of the super duper pushchair that featured on The Apprentice last night which has lead to many a parent to be / parent about to go on their hols asking me

What was that pushchair on the Apprentice yesterday and where can I get one??

Well the pushchair was the Leebruss Take Off and whilst Lorraine tried to make it look like the most impossible thing to use in the world, this challenge winning pushchair really is as easy to use as the man who convinced her to choose it made it look.

And whilst it’s magically folding trick down to the size of a piece of hand luggage was a major part of what sold this to so many parents at the Baby Show, it wasn’t the only factor.

On top of size, this Leebruss TakeOff Pushchair has some other very useful features including:

  • A detachable basket that can be used in conjunction with the pushchair, or as a seperate shopping bag
  • Swivel wheels that makes this pushchair incredibly easy to manoeurve, even though the busiest airports.
  • A weight of just 8.4kg makes this the perfect travel buggy as you can easily load and unload it from planes, trains and even the plain old car
  • Accessories are always nice and even better when they’re free, and with this Apprentice starring pushchair, you’ll get the bumper bar and raincover for nothing.

It sounds like a very tempting and useful second buggy to have doesn’t it, so where can you get it from?

Well here’s where the problem arises - this pushchair was such a hit on the Apprentice that it seems parents have gone Leebruss Take Off pushchair mad with just about everyone stocking them running out of stock, however many should have them back in soon, with my best bets to keep your eye on being Babyworld, Kiddicare and Amazon who I’m pretty sure will have stock in soon (don’t worry I’ll let you know the minute they do!!

  1. ALISTAIR MARSHALL says:

We paid a deposit on the 15th May this year at the Birmingham NEC baby show to a Leebruss representative (the same one who appeared on Apprentice) and since then waited for the time to arrive (August) before we needed to pay the remaining £320. Our baby is due in less than a weeks time and no pram has arrived. Countless phone calls have been made to the advertised phone numbers and emails left. They haven’t returned one call or even answered the phone once.

I was wondering if this company is still trading and if in fact it ever was because on the receipt we were given at the show there is no clue as to any address or vat number etc. Was it all a con?

We are at the moment looking like losing all our money and the credit card company who have been great are not very optimistic about getting our money back.

    Regards, A. Marshall.
